Welp we have a new mail carrier working this my area and this is the second Package back to back that Was scheduled for delivery that said it delivered but never was. Mysteriously he delivers the packages very early in the morning but you will never see him even when you are standing on the porch. And then he comes back later to bring the mail. Seems to me like he must loves plants sense those are always the packages that never arrives.

constantly lie about “delivering” my packages just for me to end up picking it up myself— which is already difficult enough as is since i’m a minor and i need to be over 18 to receive packages… Not to mention they’re severely understaffed which results in VERY slow customer service

I'm so mad at this location because I feel like they steal packages because it the second time they said it delivered I never get coming a open package. They need to do investigation to those drivers who steal people stuff. And they have bad customer service very rude don't have time to listen to the customer be inside playing with the time. I'm not going to order 2 packages again because you order 2 you 1 and they keep 1.very bad service

As typical with usps. If THEY LOST the package, there is nothing they are going to do. Just send you to tracking system.

Good evening to you I dont work for the postoffice I dont know their rules or regulation If you need to know why they dont do what you ask Please call the postoffice ask them and they will give you an answer regarding the fact that they rude You got to forgive rude people cause it just their ways they need more training on how to assist customer and stop being rude Sometimes the customers are rude to them 2wrong dont make it right Respect is not a choice is a lesson learned
This answer may not be what you want to read or see right now, But in the world that we're living in today / 2018, Most delivery people don't really care today. When they 1st got hired, They cared. But after awhile, They were pressured and threatened to do what ever it takes to make that package disappear and NEVER come back. So their mission is to get rid of as MANY packages as soon as possible, By any means necessary. Some of the old fashion workers will bring undelivered packages back to the station at the end of the day, But the Supervisor is usually waiting at the door with a clipboard asking, Why is ALL of these coming back into the building ? - And who want to hear that when it's time to go home, Right ? - So to avoid getting the 3rd degree at the end of your shift by your Supervisor, Most choose option ONE. Leave it and pray to GOD it falls in the right hands. Usually it does, But sometimes it doesn't. Since the package has a Tracking #, They blame YOU also, For not tracking it
you can go to the post office and get a change of address form. You may also be able to do it online
What! Our carrier is usually on point. Contact the post office and I bet it will stop.
The sender should have the tracking number,so call the sender to give you the tracking number. Also the post agent can track your P.O BOX (if you have one to see what is there) But your best option is to call the sender. I hope this is helpful
Good afternoon I dont know call the Postoffice and ask to speak with the Manager and he or she will assist you I dont work with the Postoffice or with them
..... 7:30 am to 5pm...
I can't help answer any of those questions .
No. The carriers stay out until way after that time. It's called a pivot: when you don't have a regular, the route gets split into overtime for multiple carriers who have their own routes they must tend to first. The pivot is not a priority for carriers who are assigned it as overtime l, which is why they don't get there until their main obligations are thru.
Yeh... good luck calling them early in the morning. They pretty much never answer their phone-- like they don't pick up 98% of the time. If/when they do, they either hang up or give you a hard time about you calling them to begin with, as if your call was an inconvenience.
Call the post master or go to the post office website.
