This Location is horrible down to the customer service. The mail delivery person in this location does not knock on the door nor rings the doorbell when suppose to deliver package. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need to fire the ENTIRE STAFF!!!!

I've been having the same issue for years. If I had it my way none of my packages would come via USPS. When you go there to pick it up everyone is there complaining with the same issue. You'd think that they would've addressed the issue by now.

Twice now my mail was never delivered to my box and it was returned to my bank, I kept calling the office but nobody picked up... they are really the worse of all.

This Location is horrible Everytime anything is being sent through them I start to worry because I have to go through so much to get my packages when it's coming through Springfield ave location my daughter sent a package on 8/27 /19 it is 9/9/19 and I have not yet received my package of course she put insurance on it because she knew that the post office is unreliable the last time I went to the post office filed a complaint I still have the same issue if I had it my way nothing would go through them I set up 2 redelivery and have two confirmation numbers I even spoke to a representative and have an email confirmation number not to mention she paid $50 to have all this done and sent to me I still have no package I see no need to complain to anyone in the spring field office because nothing never get done this is very unprofessional when I was there last time making a complaint I was rushed through that I plan to do something about this mess Unhappy resident
