It is. We have a road for vehicle transport up to the ceremony site; separate zero entry ramps to both the main floor and lower level. However, transport between levels inside the barn is limited to the stairs.
I had my wedding there May 2017 and I LOVED IT. We only did 3 toasts maid of honor, best man and my Dad (because he paid for it all haha) they did their speeches downstairs in the middle walk way and during that time people upstairs either just listened from their seats or stood at the balcony. It never felt cramped but we also kept it small. The only thing I wished I had done was rented the barn for the full time. I only did 8 hours and we felt rushed. I wish I had that 2 extra hours.
