Is this building ran by invisible people?????? it’s never no one to talk to they don’t respond to email it’s never no one in the rental office who owns this building lol can we call them for information?Thank you for your review. Living here is depressing you can’t do anything but stay in your apartment. Residents have no access to amenities even before COVID! Even tho dc has open up some this has to be the only apartment building in dc who hasn’t open their rooftop …
