If I could give them -1 stars I would do so. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I put in an application for this apartment complex and let me tell you, the WORST decision. KASSANDRA claims she is the only person that works in the office. For 1 she does *NOT* answer phone calls, she said u must leave a message and she might call you back. Kassandra has some man in the office while she’s dealing with your information. She claims it’s the maintenance man but won’t give the name. The “maintenance man” curses you out in the background, Kassandra laughs as if it’s funny and will hang up verses answering questions. Maintenance man told me “f*%k off” she laughed as he hung up the phone. I asked for her manager name and number she refused to give it. THE WORST. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I still don’t have my money back.
