I am very unhappy here. The renovations and it’s winter still no working hear but they give out portables but not come down on the rent . Fire alarms go off every day and night. Ppl falling asleep with stuff on stoves. Domestic violence and halls and elevators smells like cigs and pot. They will bleed your unit but won’t change it out and they’ll blame one another got the failures . Lastly tge GRANDFATHERED in crew loved telling ppl oh no I’ll never pay that kind rent to live here not to mention it’s becoming a roach motel. They be on the walls in the halls. They don’t care for their residents at all. We should be paying what grandfathered crew pay until this shipwreck is fixed.. it’s not worth the hassle of never being able to sleep..

The Owner nor the Property managers don’t care about the tenants. I wouldn’t recommend no one moving in this build unless you really have no other choice. You could live with rats bats, mice along with other pest. You can’t live here peacefully. It’s always something!Adrian, thank you for reaching out. We are very concerned with your review.
