We toured the property after visiting many different apartments and felt right at home. Tremisha was an absolutely wonderful host on our tour and was so helpful in our application process. Can't wait to move in! Edit. It’s a year after I originally posted this and we just renewed our lease to stay here for longer. You really can’t beat the price for the amount of square footage and accessibility to local downtowns (Downers Grove and Lisle are lovely, especially in the summer) and proximity to all the major highways. I will note though that from some of the apartments, 355 is very loud. Be careful when selecting which apartment you want to live in - I suggest trying to be on the residential side of the complex since it’s much quieter. You can’t usually hear it inside during most of the day, but some times in peak rush hour, you can. You can hear the highway outside on that side of the complex at almost all times of the day. Hence, we usually keep the AC on full time in warmer weather since it’s too loud. However, bristol club can’t change that! It’s just something about the location to be aware of. Repairs are always completed very quickly (Joe is so kind and personable, and makes potentially awkward situations pleasant). Parking is plentiful and there are no restrictions on number of cars or motorcycles as long as you register them.

HOME SWEET HOME!!! I could go on and on about my spacious and updated apartment, how well-kept the grounds are, how responsive maintenance is team - but what I’m really here to talk about is how WONDERFUL the staff is, especially Madi! An apartment complex is only as strong as the crew that runs it and WOW, Madi is truly a gem. From the showing, to signing, to everything in between, she has been SO helpful, kind, and caring. I know that I’m not just another number to this team; I truly matter to them. They want every apartment to feel like HOME and they accomplish just that. So roll out the welcome mat, you’re HOME!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE……..PLACE IS SAFE ,BUT WALLS PAPER THIN,YOU HEAR PEOPLE WALKING HARD ALL DAY & NIGHT. DOORS SLAMMING ALLDAY. MAINTENANCE IS SLOW,THE APARTMENTS ARE OLD AS DIRT & YOU PAY A MORTGAGE HERE FOR THE OLD APARTMENTS. MY MOMS PLACE HERE IS ALWAYS HAVING WATER LEAKS & MORE. IM BREAKING HER LEASE & MOVING HER OUT OF THIS DUMP!!!!
