Dr Heavey was so wonderful with my cat Novello friday night! He was a bit of a bad boy but she and the staff were wonderful. Because of her we've had 2 nights of good sleep!

The Veterinarians are pleasant and seem to care about your pet. Now the older lady with heavier make up at the front desk has no customer service skills. I understand everyone has a bad day now and then but the last couple times I have gone in she barely acknowledges people. You are a paying customer and you don’t get a hi, bye and forget about a thanks! This is the first and last interaction you have when you take your pet in and it’s not welcoming what so ever.

Lack of consideration and training by the front desk. I was in the office picking up my dogs prescription when the young lady let me know it was time to get my dog's teeth cleaned, I had their care package and knew it wouldn't cost me anything so I scheduled an appointment. Today I show up and I am informed that I had to pay for the service because I was a couple weeks early from the year to date . I informed the young lady that her office were the ones that let me know and I wasn't going to pay because I pay enough for the plan. She didn't even offer an apology and just said she would speak to her staff. If you are the manager wouldn't it have been your responsibility to properly train them! Obviously you cannot do your job and you should be replaced with someone who can. I would have never treated a customer like this. I had to turn around and bring my dog all the way back home and ended up late to work. No consideration for my time and really only a couple weeks early. It is sad and appalling. This isn't the first time they have done something like this. The vets are amazing the front desk staff are a joke.

Let me tell you a few things about miracles. My cat goldy had a polyp for years in her ear with a infection for over 2 years. I could not afford the surgery do to my wife and daughters medical issues. I reached out to Dr. Tony kremer who told me To see Dr. True and that he would cover our bill. Dr. True removed the polyp in one visit. These people are not just people, they are very special people. They care more about the pets then money, literally. There is no one you will ever find better then animal care center of downers grove. Thank you Dr. True and Dr. Kremer.
