This is one terrible place to go for help. My case worker is Annika and she responds to your messages when she feels like it. Very incompetent in her work. She does not work closely with her clients. She leaves you in the dark on what she is doing to help you. This place has been nothing but pure frustration. I don't know how a facility can be ran this way. There is not accountability with this organization or with Annika the case worker.

I am going through a lot with them exiting the program. If I knew moving to Illinois pregnant with a toddler I be treated bad by strangers i would of stayed in my home state. I pray me and my toddlers get back. Horrible experience.

They are very helpful , They Offer so many programs to better yourself with education & jobs , Great guidance to Food resources & Needs. Big shout to Amy & Ann Davis & Clara Rest of the staff..
