Rude customer service and not helpful for the new people like to be resident here the policy is so hard they ask for one bedroom 57000$ which is so unbelievable and not helpful for those people who doesn’t have that much gross income. You should change the policy my income is so high and my tax is not high so why you not approve that is why I put this comment you keep the apartment empty months and months and still not approved people whit low tax that is not good: people pay 600$ for just west the money. I was so interested and love the location unfortunately the leasing office is hard.

Terrible management. AC has not been working appropriately for two years. The manager, Laura Berney is not even responding to my emails. Take a look for other reviews especially on Yelp. I found those to be more realistic. Nice staff but absolutely disgusting manager.Thank you for your feedback. Please continue to submit service requests when the air conditioning is not working properly. We strive to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their apartments and we are sorry to see this has not been the case. We want everyone to be happy living at our community and value you as a resident. We appreciate your comments about our team and will look into your experiences. Thank you and our apologies.
