Very disappointed and a complete waste of time. I had an appointment booked with Vivian Ting over a month in advance.I took time off work for this appointment. This office called me 4x and emailed and texted many as well. She was verified in network for my insurance 2x once by insurance and once by her office officials. Not one time during all the phone calls and emails did they decided until 20MIN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT That they were no longer excepting cases through insurance medically necessary!! They wasted my time and the time I had left for my insurance before I lost it. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and a WASTE OF TIME.

Dr. Vivian Ting and her office are absolutely fabulous! Leanne is the front desk and she is so nice and makes you feel right at home! Angie spent some time with me during my visits showing me different implants and talking me through what I wanted and expected. She answered all my questions with honesty and I felt so comfortable with my choices. Dr. Ting- is the best - she didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear she was open honest and she knows by examining you what will work for your body. She made sure to encourage my decisions but also think about what I really wanted. I absolutely would and plan to recommend this office over and over.
