Originally I was skeptical about visiting and applying to this property, based on a prior bad experience with FPI management paired with the reviews I was running the other way. Myeasha contacted me about my interests in the property and I shared my concerns with her. She was able to mitigate my concerns as well as went out of her way to get me a contact for the property that I originally had a bad experience with. Upon visiting the property I was already running late due to my toddler as well as a last minute phone appointment I was wrapping up but she was very accommodating and still was able to see me and allowed me to take the self tour of the perspective unit. She gave me clear and concise information and was very knowledgeable about the property and how the units pricing worked. Upon applying she was more than accommodating with her assistance as well as helping expedite things as much as possible due to me trying to relocate from las vegas. Once my application was conditionally approved, my previous apartment actually returned a letter saying I had pet damage and they had to retroactively deny my application. I reached out to Myeasha who actually tried calling them herself due to remembering my son has a dog and cat allergy as she was able to extend me the day to get in contact with them. Which they admitted they had made a mistake. Overall Myeasha has gone out of her way in assisting me with getting this unit and has been very communicative even with responding to emails after hours sometimes. She is actually quite pleasant but not to the point where it comes off as fake or “ass kissing” I am just about to the point of moving in so hopefully the rest of the paperwork goes through however I will say I’ve had a surprising experience and certainly not what I expected based on the reviews and my previous experience. The property is beautiful and the unit I viewed looked as if it was brand new itself. Prime location and has a great walking score as far as restaurants, stores, and BART being all near.. Certainly grateful for her taking the time to work with me. Will update along the way once moved in, in regards to property, management, neighbors and maintenance! 🚨UPDATE 6 months into lease!!!!🚨 Pros: - Area is a plus, hospital across the street.Heather farms park down the street. Multiple safeways, a target, whole foods and even fast food near by. - Quiet neighborhood.. I don’t think I even heard fireworks on the 4th of july - Friendly Neighbors -Friendly Maintenance staff Cons: -Thin walls, I can basically hear my upstairs neighbors breathing 😩 - Older property so no central heat or air conditioning just an individual AC unit in the kitchen - I don’t know about anyone else’s unit but I have seen a galore of spiders and that’s a no go for me and unfortunately the apartments only cover pest control outside no help with the creepy crawlers -Not a lot of guest/ extra parking - A lot of construction on the street these few months

This Place is Horrible they way Myesha did my daughter I will be finding legal help. She is very unprofessional and she is just so rude. My daughter is so mad at her at how she did her. I would not recommend no one to rent at this property at all until she is gone. The maintenance is terrible and they have to have outside people to come in to help with anything. Myesha has bad communication and I wish somebody who is above her can reach out to me so I can tell them how bad of a manager she is. I have pictures and videos and messages of everything that was happenening. DO NOT LIVE HERE! SHE IS A BAD MANAGER.

The apartments themselves are nice and conveniently located near our schools, jobs and downtown restaurants.The office staff is horrible. They have always had an unwelcoming and difficult attitude since we moved in but I ignored it because I figured we wouldn’t need to communicate much after that. Today I asked them if it would possible to move parking spots. For some reason, although there is a parking lot right in front of me, I am the ONLY RESIDENT in my building that has to walk up a separate flight of stairs with my two toddlers to a completely different parking lot. I tried explaining this to Myeasha but she kept responding with very dry and sarcastic responses like, “thank you for confirming but you need a medical reason for us to move you” I told her that I don’t understand why it’s so difficult especially because there are TWO empty spaces right in front of my apartment. Again, very dry answer. “You need a medical reason”. No compassion, no customer service. Very disappointing

Our family have lived here for 9 months and we had a great experience. Very recently renovated apartments, beautiful facilities (two pools, gym, barbecue, etc.), and gorgeous scenery of the golf course. This is also a very quiet and safe neighborhood - I really don't understand the "unsafe" review. The employees are very kind and helpful. We loved the apartment so much we recommended an acquaintance to move in.
