Need better time management, because I waited in the lobby for an hour after my scheduled time. When I asked what the issue was because people that came in after me when in before me, I got not reply until 30’mins after I decided to leave. Better time management and customer service. Service was bad the person at the front desk didn’t know what she was doing and other person at the front desk didn’t want to help me or the other person who was helping me . This is the place for medical help now I don’t want to have any procedure with this medical group

My visit with Dr. Sarah Woon was very efficient and extremely professional in all respects. Dr. Woon is an amazing and always very helpful physician. Her office staff is also fantastic.

The Medical Assistant was very kind and gentle, assisting the doctor with the very uncomfortable procedure I had to go through! Also the Doctor was as well! They were all great at helping me maintain my privacy as well! If I had a choice, I would definitely return! Thank You Dr. Chin, and staff!!

Was new patient at a facility and was going in for pain and symptoms around my months cycle. The physician, as usual, had no idea as to why the sudden changes so performs an unnecessary ultrasound and prescribes birth control to see if it helps (which I didn’t end up taking because as I said to him I don’t want to just try out meds without knowing what’s really going on). Then I received a bill for $846. I called to find out why and the billing specialist said they charge the code so long as the physician steps foot into the office with you. I asked that even if they don’t say or do anything related to that code? And she said yes, they charge it for him being present. The medical system is a complete joke. Pushing medication without actually trying to help the patient get well. It’s lazy and robbery and Google provides more information than these so called doctors ever could. We should start focusing our AI efforts on the medical industry so we could potentially get some answers and eliminate the useless middle men.
