Extremely helpful. Friendly staff. Street (metered) parking. Parking garage one block away and is free. The open design is inviting. All of their products are setup on tables to allow you to try out and explore. Their are tons of staff ready to answer questions or to give you a walk thru like on a laptop for example. If you have an issue with an Apple product certain staff members can assist and troubleshoot or advise an alternative solution. -renaygarseeya

We returned a broken Apple earpiece, they tested it and replaced it with a new one. Service representatives were very knowledgeable and accommodating will go to this Apple store from now on. Very convenient place and the parking is free on Broadway Plaza.

The service at this store is always so smooth. One of the better apple stores in the Bay Area for sure!! Liz was really helpful at the Walnut Creek location with helping me get the iphone 13 pro.

Honestly I am very disappointed with the evolution of the Apple stores. They used to be the absolute best thing in retail. The invention of the genius club was amazing and what cemented my loyalty to Apple products. With excitement! The most valuable feature of the Genius club was to be able to drop by or make an appointment and have a tutor on so many ways to use the product. Now it does not seem to be possible any more. They push you to call or to check on YouTube. No more face-to-face. Sometimes it is not convenient to have a remote conversation with a tutor. Sometime I can’t find my iMovie question on YouTube. It’s very disappointing. We lost something that was very special

Yes. It's better to make an online appointment but they accept walk-ins if they have openings.
Yes but not for very long!
You can bring it in without an appointment per their website: "...you can bring it to an Apple Store. We’ll either give you instant credit toward the purchase of a new product or send your device on to our recyclers."
I Would Have to Agree ,They Do.
It depends you can find them for different prices but I recommend the new SE.
$29 but they dont have any. But they're happy to have you wait in line for more than an hour to tell you.
If a power cycle won't work then plug it into your computer and back it up. After it backs up press and hold power and home button until the unit turns off, continue to hold it for 15 seconds. Screen should stay off but now your de ice is in DFU mode. This will allow you to restore the device to stock settings. Now you can reload whats important or sell it and buy one that has more storage and restore the backup you made to it. Biggest problem with apple is lack of storage upgrades. If you dont buy large enough first time around you're screwed.
There are also non-Apple store like batteries plus that can replace cell phone batteries. They need to use a heat gun and specialized tools.
Yes you do
I recommend an appointment... that way you're seen at your time. Otherwise, as a walk-in, you'll be fit in between appointments (which take priority) and you could be waiting hours
I would make a call and book the appointment that way. I did that last time I made an appointment. It will save you driving out there and not getting an appointment
Make an appointment. They are very unlikely to have openings for walk-ins.
Call 1-800-APL-CARE and they can help you reset the phone using a computer. If you don't have a computer, you'll need to make an appointment at your local Apple Store
You will have to go to the apple store to ask the tech guys. Mind you there is always a crowd so best to book an appt first.
Social distancing and masks
Look for eCycle places online
Hi Theresa, I would recommend making a Genius Bar appointment at support.apple.com. A technician will then run through diagnostics and if they have the battery in stock, they'll take your laptop then. If not, they'll set a day for you to come back for the repair. You could also try calling Apple Support at 1-800-APL-CARE and see if you can mail in your computer, but that has its own risks in shipping. Best of luck to you!
Yes but there is a fee ?? Unless you have full insurance or under warranty
Yes.
Walk-in
Yes you can just let them know and they should help you
I wouldn't say iPhone 6 is completely obsolete. It is still a great phone to add to the collection if you are a hardcore apple collecter. I still use mine to take pictures etc but it is obsolete in terms of updates newer software and higher technology.
Make a Genius Bar appointment for a weekday and you should be able to get in and out within an hour. That's the best action to take, as they will be able to unlock it and get you back up and running.
You need to talk to someone inside the Apple Store @Broadway Plaza in Walnut Crrek
I'm not sure but the Apple staff will be sure to assist you with all your needs
No
If there is an Apple Store near you, it's easy to schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar. Visit Apple Support or the Apple Support app. Select the device you want to fix. Select a category that your issue falls under. Select a topic. Click on Bring in for Repair. Enter your Apple ID and password.
They don't charge per hour, it's based on type of repair. You get quoted during the initial appointment before starting any repairs.
It can be reset with a Genius Grove appointment and the original proof of purchase (aka receipt, even from another store is fine). If you want to trade it in, it would still have to be reset. Call 1-800-APL-CARE with questions :)
1200 S Main Street in Walnut Creek
You absolutely can! Be prepared for the workers to ask to pet it if it's not a service dog :)
The iPhone 7 starts at $450, for 32gb of storage. The XS starts at $999 for 64gb of storage. Honestly the best iphone to buy right now though is the iPhone XR at $750 for 64gb of storage. Basically the same thing as the XS but costs $250 less. Pop into the store with questions, browse the website, or call 1-800-MY-APPLE.
No. You can walk in and they will do their best to accommodate you. An appointment may substantially reduce the waiting time depending on how busy they are.
I would also advise the Today @ Apple classes; they are all completely free and will cover anything from basics to passions. Perhaps try the iPhone Skills Part 1? The times are on apple.com/today or the Apple Store app on your iPhone.
You Can Go online and set an Appointment.
It's impossible to diagnose from that statement, you will have to bring it to the store. Try to perform a soft reset, even a hard reset and see if it works.
Yes, if you don't want to wait. I did a walk-ins and waited for 90 min. But they'll text you to come back while you can have dinner or do shopping.
Yes
Yes they're open 10-6
Send out; there is no way to repair an Apple watch on site for any hardware issue. Software though, that's ok.
https://www.apple.com/shop/trade-in
Not the forum to do it in
Yes, except if you purchase it through your current cell provider like ATT... and you still have to have good credit... Apple doesn't finance anything month to month like that
Call the store
No, theyll tell you to buy a new one. Also we dont know what keyboard youre talking about
Full price as with any retail store
I believe you call on apple support and they will ask your store preference.
I paid $130
Shouldn't be too expensive. You could probably find one at a better price at best buy since they have more of a selection
Call the store or check online please.
Yes absolutely, this is one of if not the busiest store in all of Walnut Creek
Yes
Yes
🤔🤔🤔
If it's out of warranty, you're looking at $129.
Online
Call them before it will be better
I need to transfer information from our old iMac computer to a new one
They may be able too, but have you considered uploading them to icloud or google photos. Youll be able to access them anywhere and not worry about a usb drive getting damaged and losing your photos.
Just show up
If your iPad will not power on, then you should try to connect it to a wall outlet and hold the home and power buttons down together. If that does not work then you will need a computer with iTunes program on it, connect the iPad to the computer , open iTunes and try to hold both buttons. When connected to a computer your looking for the iTunes logo and a charger to appear on the screen and iTunes will prompt you to update or restore. You can try update which will keep your data in tact or restore as a last resort which will erase it clean. If none of that works you have a hardware problem and will need to seek service at an apple store or apple authorized service provider.
Make an appointment at genius bar
They will do repairs but usually (and almost certainly for a repair like this) it has to be sent away to be worked on. I recommend calling to ask.
Sounds like something they could help you with at the Apple store
Appointments are made via Apple support app.
Stop asking me questions i don't fu#$ing know
No idea unfortunately
Use a usb outlet
