Great place! I used to get my film developed at CVS but I’ll never go back now. Pricing is similar but with much higher quality of photos returned and the turn around time is very fast! Highly recommend!!

Called for some advice on a 15 year old camera. They didn’t have what I needed but l they gave me more information than the Internet and pointed me in the right direction. Very helpful!

Turnaround time is actually ridiculously good. My first time going and they had my photos back the very next day. Good quality and they seem to really care about vintage cameras. Staff here is actually friendly too (unlike Mike's Camera). I think this will be my new place to get films developed and they have TONS of vintage cameras for you to check out.

I called Photo Source for advice on a vintage Leica camera I received from my dad. I drove from Lake Tahoe to Sacramento because I had a good vibe on the phone from Lorenzo, the manager. He told me all about the camera and accessories ( I am not a photo guy ) and the approximate value. So instead of buying it from me he convinced me to keep it and showed me how to make a nice display with it to honor my parents ( both now deceased ) who were really into pictures and 8mm film. He would not take any money for helping me, so since my family has a lot of 35mm slides, 8mm film and old VHS tapes I am going to try to convince my siblings to use his services to digitize everything. Lorenzo is old school, honest and what a great shop! A lot of history there! Thank you to Lorenzo for keeping me from making a mistake. Highly recommend this place, even if you want to just go look at camera history.

Yes, The Darkroom is open by appointment - call to schedule a time.
Photos ourselves, action camera, but I'd recommend mpb.
I'm not sure, however their staff were very helpful so I would suggest that you give them a call.
Yes! Pushing and pulling too!
Yes, PhotoSource can develop and scan or print (or both!) disposable cameras along with any other C41 (color) film in 35mm or 120 formats.
They carry a wide variety of cameras and although they do specialise in manual film cameras they will also order in anything you might need.
