As a nurse calling on behalf of my physician, they rejected the order written on a prescription pad. Asked for the order to be rewritten on their order form, and made it seem like it was a hassle to fax our office the order form. Stating, "Well normally, it is on the website..." I have never in my life had a facility reject our order on a prescription pad. They are more concerned about insignificant administrative tasks than scheduling a patient who needs help.

Today I had 1 of my many MRI w/sedation done. When I say sedation, I mean it was a complete horrific terroizing day for me. I suffer PTSD w/depression anxiety and panic attacks! I want even close to being sedated. The nurse was rude. I was freaking out because I was awake for most all of it, until I couldn't stand it!! Instead of helping she kept arguing with me. Saying I was sleeping and not breathing, when I was actually holding my breath because I was terrorized!
