bad service, the guy took my cell phone anyway and threw it on the table without the slightest care and still hasn't solved my problem. my cell phone is a brand new iPhone 14 I found it disrespectful the way this guy did to me

People were polite, but I have been very disappointed at how limited they are in providing services and referring you to other office not knowing that they could not help. The customer service on the phone is very slow and incomplete. I spent 6 hours between waiting and talking and still didn't get the information requested. Sorry but this is true.
