I gave this store a 1Star because there’s nothing lower I can award it. This is by far the most non customer service establishment I have ever dealt with. Not only are they not willing to assist you with AT&T products purchased elsewhere, they won’t even refund for products that are purchased there. It seems they want to send you to the Corporate AT&T in New London or have you call customer service in India for resolutions. Won’t be going back to this store, recommending this store, or ever using any AT&T services or products again.

Dillion and his co-worker at the store in Lisbon, CT were patient, professional, and helpful! My family was buying 3 phones and they helped us get a great plan plus the accessories. We called the store later on and they helped problem solve once again.
