What a joke. Refused to take my otherwise immaculate phone because of a small scratch. I presented the manager with the info on the website that TMobile does not refuse slight scratches (which is what mine is), and he said he doesn’t follow that policy. Beware

I don’t know what these other folks are talking about Danny and the team there got our lines switched from Verizon, got me a new phone and my daughter a tracker watch very quickly. We had to do a somewhat complex port change and he handled it smooth as anything. Great experience there zero complaints at all

Yes they do.. I order the galaxy s9+ and i get in the store the Survivor case because you can get it and pay a small fee extra in your bill for it.. I think i gonna pay like $9 a month uo to a pay for it.. Good option because if you dont like it you can return it and exchange it
