Sucked. Waited for 2 hours because they said 45 minute wait for oil change. Brought inside after 10 minutes inside they was standing near my car pointing at me. Then one walked over to me said can't change your oil don't have air wrenches to take skid plate off. It is a 2016 kia optima. No air tools Jesus

There were no cars in the bays when I showed up at 11am told I was 3rd in-line for an inspection. It’s now 3pm. I have watched Derick spend 45 min screwing around in the shop. Then take 2 hours changing 4 tires. On 1 car. There was a total of 5 auto employees working. They have gotten 1 car serviced in the time I have been here. Theres no way this is a money maker for Walmart. It’s clear the employees earn an hourly wage without benefits to get work completed.
