Lied. Period. Called in the afternoon said they could do the repair the next day in 2 hours. Showed up the next day and said it would be 5 as they didn’t have the parts. When I said I had called the day before and told they did, they just shrugged their shoulders. Offered no help. When I mentioned I only had today to deal with it as I was leaving town wouldn’t even call other locations to see if someone day the parts to do the repair. In my work if I tell someone I’m going to do something and don’t do it I don’t get paid, my family doesn’t eat. I am sure they are smart people but there customer support sucks. Period

Great service. I came in with an og 3ds with a bloated battery; I brought the replacement battery and a spare back in case the back cover was warped beyond repair or needed be broken in order to make the repair. Repair was done in less than 5 mins and since I had brought my own replacement parts they discounted me the repair cost.

No. They do not. They just mainly fix and repair shattered faces on cell phones. Mainly IPhone and Samsung models.
Call in to the store with your phone make & model... "LG Android Phone" is not specific enough.
