Unable to report an outage due to their inability to find my account via phone number; couldn't look up account number due to not yet receiving a bill, and the power being out.

They blatantly lie to customers. It is May 2022, and they are still saying "all customer care facilities closed due to Covid-19" on their customer "service" call center. This is a lie, and an excuse to cut costs and deliver worse customer service. Also, electricity rates are well above average--time to convert this utility to municipal ownership!

Everytime I try to use their website it is an incredibly miserable experience. I was just trying to look at my account info and I have been logged out of my account almost three times after only a minute or so of use from clicking on different links. I shouldn't have to continuously log in. This website needs major reworking and there is no excuse for this, especially when they are trying to offer a paperless billing option

Online bill pay a joke...couldn't access my online account..but once.. Mail my bill,takes 3 weeks for them to cash it.. Simple solution...walk in and pay it in person...employees at west Lebanon office..very nice,friendly,receipt in hand on my way in minutes...Bill is paid. I've not experienced any issues as some have posted here in the reviews..

Hi Vicki, thanks for your question. To set up a new account you'll need to call us with your name, DOB, SSN and previous address. PLEASE do not post those here. The Lebanon walk in center is not open to customers at this time to walk in. But Payment or paperwork can be dropped off at the lockbox.
