Good price on Samsung back glass swap, was only 20 dollars labor and was done within a reasonable time ( bout an hour) and the staff seemed pretty knowledgeable

Went in March. Got cracked screen replaced. Fixed quickly. Charged $115 for it. Within one day phone speaker began to squak loudly. I remembered that two different return customers complaining of same thing while waiting. Not sure what they did, but I'm sure they won t take responsibility for it. Drove 58 miles one way for nothing.

BROKE MY PHONE. REFUSED REFUND. GHOSTED ME. Gave them a $100 parts deposit. All other shops in town will overnight your part into the shop, these people didn’t order it until I called back 3 days later. The shop was deceitful when I attempted to verify they ordered all the right parts. When I went to pick up the phone, they handed by a phone with a repaired screen, but cracked by phone case. The repair man wanted me to work it out with him and come back in a few business days. I paid in full, walked to me car, thought about it, and walked back into the shop, demanding a refund. I stated I will pay when my phone was fully fixed. No refund issued. I plugged in the phone two hours later, a electrical short image appeared. THEY SHORTED OUT MY PHONE. I called a bunch and left messages. I have returned to the shop, these guy are never open or take 2 hour breaks daily. The $375 dollar refund I requested doesn’t began to pay for a month old, $1500 S20 plus phone, or deal with a month long ordeal of no real communication during COVD. I have a handwritten note, by the technician (on the back of the sales receipt) admitting that he bent my phone and he would reach out to me. I never got that voicemail. When I did finally talk to someone , the conversation went exactly how I knew it would. Conversation went like this; denied breaking, discredit (customer) and then made counter - accusations (I need $). To be fair, if you have a common phone, they can break it and have the parts available, so you won't notice.

I have a Samsung galaxy J7, and they said it would be around 100$ to fix the cracked screen. My screen is badly cracked, mostly the top right corner.

A cracked screen if you have an iPhone most likely they have the part to fix it within the same day in a few hours. More complicated repairs like water damage or data recovery could take up to a week.
They successfully worked on Samsung and nexus tablets for us.

iPad pro model is not a cheap fix the glass is adhered to the LCD and thus entirely needs to be replaced. If the LCD is good tho still (only shattered glass) you can save a lil bit of money. Still I'd expect between $200-300 for a repair. But they use genuine apple parts I know for sure. Unlike other shops...

depends which phone you have. Some takes like 20 minutes where others can take few hours .
Most phone screen repairs take less than 30 minutes. Most tablet screen repairs can be done in under an hour.
I paid a little over 200 to have complete screen and LCD replaced on a Galaxy note 5 so I assume it can't be that much
