100% avoid at all costs. The mechanic told me that they couldn't get the part I needed and I needed to replace my fridge. I called a non-sears mechanic and they were able to fix my fridge without replacing ANY parts. The customer service is terrible. Only use if you like wait times of upwards of 2hours.

They are always nice Only thing is when I ordered a part for my refrigerator, the girl that I spoke with sent me the wrong part even after giving her the correct number. The gentleman I spoke with explained how sorry he was He realized that was for a different refrigerator.

Dryer was a Kenmore, but manufactured by LG, so independent repair companies wouldn't/couldn't work on it. Technician worked quickly and efficiently, was very knowledgeable about all appliances in my home, gave me an honest rundown on all my options for future issues. Price was fair.
