A month ago I wanted to sign up for extra care card. Male employee signed me up for CARE PASS, not what I asked for, and was not explained to me. Then found put today that he gave me the CVS card, but not in my name, it was a male's name, Johnny and email address, probably his. A female employee scanned the CVS card for me, and she told me it was in a Male's name and email addtess. So if I had used it I never would have gotten the points. I had to cancel the care pass to stop the monthly charge and then get a CVS card in my name. I will not go to this store again.

Terrible pharmacy. Never pick up phones. Always transferred to prescribers voicemail. Does not give proper notifications when prescription is ready!
