I had issue with my Audi A8L. I could not get an appointment with any of the Audi dealer in Bay Area they kept telling me bring it in next month as early . And this was safety issue . I called Audi Marin talked to Gary in Service he took my car in within 3 days And they did excellent job my car rides like when I bought it like brand new . I am very satisfied with their performance. Gary was very helpful and professional. Super excellent service . I highly recommend Audi Marin for all service needs .and ask for Gary he is great . Thank you Gary for all your help.

It was a hectic day at Audi but they took good care of us. After confusion over the loaner it was resolved. When a part was going to take 10 days and we really needed OUR car back to take a planned road trip, creative thinking and servicing allowed us to safely retrieve the car that evenng. The part will be installed in a couple weeks when we are back. Gene, a senior service rep was EXCELLENT. He clearly loves his job, Audi and taking care of customers. Thank you. (wish my experience on the sales floor had been as good!)

The entire staff starting with the greeter who prepped my car with protective coverings, the mechanics who completed the work on time and Gene, another service rep with admirable tech skills, was reassuring and appreciated.
