Waited 9 weeks for passport appointment. They say arrive 10min early, I show up 15. Passport office locked, they say that person went to lunch. At 10:30am! Government at work.

Waiting time is way to long and they don’t t even let you use the bathroom so by the time you go to look for one and come back you missed your spot and you’ll have to reschedule your appointment 🙄 😤 Other than that service and staff is good! So please post office let costumers use the bathroom thanks!!

Friendly service and large stamp selection! Stocked up on Earth Day Forever stamps here. Very helpful when figuring out the cheapest way to ship packages. But USPS is NOT a pack-and-ship shop. You need to bring your own shipping materials (e.g. tape). If you want help packaging your items and are willing to pay more, FedEx is what you're looking for.

1st time you have to make an appointment. To renew passport you don't to. Just fill out the blue form and send $110 plus the old passport plus a new picture of you. That's all
