Real Time Review: Standing in the restaurant now to pick up my online order. I've never witnessed such terrible attitudes or service. The woman at the register is beyond rude to the people waiting in the lobby for their orders. 8 people in line to place orders haven't even been acknowledged. The guy making the food has a horrible attitude. Slamming bags of food on the counter, while saying "not my problem anymore." One man asks whether his order is ready (he's been here a long time) and the woman in front says, "Yeah, we're working on it..." Wow. If I could figure out how to cancel my order in the appp, I'd leave. Never coming here again. Need breakfast? I recommend anywhere else. ... And my order was wrong.

Not sure why this dining room is not open. I would love to hear the corporate excuse of why the dining rooms in Einstein‘s bagels are closed when everybody else is open. Snowy day rainy day windy day and we have to leave and eat somewhere else. This is ridiculous
