I among many grew up here. It was ok when I was very young. Managers gave X-mas stockings, had a luau, the play area was maintained. Then managers changed, let in a ton of problematic tenants. Managers change and clean out. Went back and forth the rest of my childhood. WE were not aloud pets, thought I would have to give up my pet rock at one time... LoL. Closing off the complex only traps you in with the problems. Makes it harder for first responders.

Management is more ghetto then the people there. Erika has horrible customer service and clearly does not care about the people living there. Maintenance man is unresponsive and cuts corners in anyway he can. We thought everything was great until we vacuumed and found a ton of scented powder on the carpet. Later the smell of animal urine began to come up. My sister is five and her teachers are asking us why her clothes smell like we have a dog (we don't) they refuse to change the carpets even though we have informed them of our allergies to pet hair (which is all over the apartment) They we're incredibly rude and dismissive when we let them know our situation. After I talked to them about the carpets they got revenge by getting my car towed (the tags were expired but I wasn't the only one with expired tags) DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management hates there jobs and doesn't care about anything but a pay check.
