Rude front office staff. I asked to use the restroom, before checking in. She proceeded to check information and when I requested to use the restroom again, she rolled her eyes and said "Fine". Proper skills need to be taught to the check in staff, asking to use the restroom prior to an appt is not out of the norm.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this clinic deserves it. I haven’t felt so cared for at a doctors office since my childhood physician who was my friend’s father. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor I saw were all incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic. I feel very lucky to be able to have a clinic like this to come to, I wish I would have known about it sooner.

Really like coming to this office. Everyone is pleasant. Doctor is rad too. Also, the patients that come here are nice. 30minutes ago a gentleman gave up his 3:45 appointment to a women that was having trouble getting an appointment.

You can usually get a same-day appointment if you have an urgent need to see a doctor. But it's not an "urgent care" clinic that takes walk-in patients on a regular basis. And just FYI, they only see patients that are members of the MPIH plan.

They will still send you to another urgent care because you have to have insurance with them.
