The experience l had today at this clinic was terrible!l know doctor William Martinez for years,l had been treated for years since a met doctor William in June 2000,at the clinic in alvarado and 7th street,l was there today to see another doctor cause dr William was not available.The moment l arrived l felt the lady at the counter was rude,l came close to the window as usual,and she gave a bad look and told me in a cold tone of voice l will help you after l finished with her,l apologize to her for been close to the other patient and step back to give space,it was the first time to go to the doctor since the pandemic started,l heard a voice asking for help behind me,l saw a lady saying she was feeling very bad,l asked the front counter lady to call a doctor or 911,her answer was she is not treated at this clinic,and l thought what the heck?she is at the clinic feeling bad,and there was doctors and nurses what she was talking about,behind the windows there was guy and girls gossiping but no one of then help her,l asked one more time the lady if she wants me to call 911,l called and the guy told me if she is at the clinic and nobody is helping?he asked to speak to one of them,l told him do you think that one of them is going to talked to you?when they were mean to her?l gave her husband my phone to talk to the paramedics and l asked the rude lady at the front counter for my identification,she told me you are going to see the doctor,l told her no way lm not going to see nobody here!!!the eyes of a thin guy there nicely dressed l wont never forget she looked at me like saying this is not your bussines,but what l did it was the right thing to do!she felt down on the floor l felt really bad for her,then doctor william came to help her,why had to happen all of this to be helped,hope Doctor William read my review and make sure his staff care about patients,is not just about money,insurance,medical,is also about human been,kindnes,love,empathy.That it's what makes a difference in someone life.Hope she is fine and my prayers are with her life is though this time.

They’re the best doctors specially Dr, Reymundo and Dr, Martinez their medicine always works for me and my family and also the nurses are very nice and very kind with patients. Thanks to all the team and God bless you all.

Just waited OVER 2 HOURS to see the doctor with an appointment, just to get blood test results.The first time, I waited OVER AN HOUR from my appointment time. There's no reason this should happen. The staff is nice but SOO poorly managed. Don't go.

Went last night with my kids. Staff was really nice and helpful. Definitely going back in the future. Doctor seemed very knowledgeable and very nice.thanks for the great service.
