Adrian HATES her job. She is diabolically unprofessional, miserable and rude. She stated LOUDLY that people have aaaalll day to shop and was tired of customers coming in. Um, is that not how a business is profitable and successful? I’m curious if Bath & Body Works encourages this type of toxic behavior which repels people from ever wanting to revisit this location. Oh and Adrian is a manager 😂 Corporate may want to rethink their vetting and hiring process for leadership as this disgruntled individual is unfit and pathetically attempts to abuse what little authority she has. Looking forward to the call back!
