They did not pick up my garbage and when I called to ask for a reimbursement since the service was not done they said they will pick up any extra trash the following pick up day. If you can find a different garbage company please go with somebody else these people are the worst! I had my garbage out in front of my house for a week and they refused to send anybody out.

I started a new account with them 3 weeks ago after it took them 2 weeks to even answer the phone or call me back. I paid for services up front requesting them to pick up previous cans that were full of trash from previous resident an broken an to drop off new cans.. This still hasn't happened we are on the 5th supposed pick up of the cans as I was explained too by the rude representative I have spoke to after hours of being an hold an return phone calls that never happened. Horrible company

It is rare this day and age to actually have someone in customer service help you. That being said Shenine Jordan is the exception to that rule. Great job and thanks! :)
