Love the apartments. Price is not too bad but they use ro have a high turnover before Covid because they always raised their pricing too much.

Just got the news that Property Management will be changing as of July 1st 2020 . Im super bummed because Richard & Lauren are amazing! I have lived @ this apartment complex for almost a year and not only is it luxurious, clean & friendly here but the property managers are what made it nice to live here. Besides being professional , They know how to listen & communicate, so knowledgeable and kind!!! Both Always with a positive attitude and very personable. Im sad that they are leaving and hope that new management is as experienced and awesome because living here wont be the same if they arent!! Thank You both for everything .

Pricing for one bedrooms is generally in the $1900 range.
We don't have studios here. The smallest apartment is a 1 bedroom.
