The place is ok but far from luxury as they say. Worst is absolutely the manager, she is super confrontative, overbearing and plain nosey. Be EXTRA careful when signing a rental contract with her as they will tell you one thing to mean another. As with any complex, there are some people that are not polite when living around others and the nasty manager will not do a thing to protect your comfort or privacy.

10 Stars!! Welcome home to Hillcrest View! This complex is in the most perfect spot in the east bay! It’s tucked away in a very quite gated community. The newly remolded units each have beautiful white cabinets & granite counter tops. Appliances are top of the line & brand new. Rooms are very spacious with lots of storage. The Staff at HV treat you like family & really give you that “welcome home” vibe. Rene, Courtney & Lee really are the heart of Hillcrest View. They’re always available when you need them, they respond to any concerns & requests quickly & professionally! If you are looking for a home & want that “neighborhood watch” feeling & want that comfort, security & hospitality, look no more, Hillcrest View is perfect for YOU.
