RUINED MY CAR, AND WON'T PAY TO FIX. STORE AND CLAIMS DEPARTMENT SAID, "OH WELL. WE AREN'T PAYING." A TIRE ROTATION COST ALMOST $2,500. We let them rotate the tires on our 2018 Lexus. They cross-threaded one lug nut, overtightened several breaking the studs and left several loose. We contacted the store and opened a claim with corporate. We found it strange that the store did not want to try to resolve the issue themselves. We then took it to our mechanic who had to replace the lug nuts, rotors and pads at a cost of ~$2,400. The store and corporate refused to pay the claim. My husband is a retired ASE master mechanic who previously owned a chain of LOF/Tune-up stores in Utah and he always did the right thing when his techs made a mistake. These folks do not stand behind their repair and fix their mistakes!

Thank you Valvoline staff we had a great visit today everyone was very nice and attentive. They went through the different oil changes they have and explained everything to us. The Valvoline company does Email you coupons when you are their customer these are great to have again thank you for such a great service today everyone.

My first experience here and I was very happy until I got home and reviewed my emailed receipt. The gentleman discussed selling me an engine filter, normally 24.99, for $15.00. He charged me 24.99, not $15.00. I had a $10 coupon for the oil change that was separate from the engine filter. I would not have purchased the filter for $24.99. Also, when I got home my S.O. told me the engine filter I had was a $60 cleanable filter. I am disappointed the employees did not know the difference between a reusable, cleanable filter and a throw away. I should have known but I was unaware. I don't appreciate being sold a filter for $15.00 then being charge $24.99. Sad as this was a fast and close place for me to have service Issue solved. The discount was given at the bottom of the invoice and not with the other discounts. I did not see it down there. Thank you for getting back to me and showing me my mistake the discount! Shari King
