It's bad enough to have to wait a month for a couch removal. It's made even worse when we move out the couch one day prior to the pick up date and they don't show up. It's unacceptable for them to say the couch wasn't on the sidewalk where it's supposed to be and they're unwilling to rectify the situation. Negative stars is what this business deserves. Unfortunately for all of us, this is the only "business" in our city that City of Milpitas Sanitation uses.

One has to wonder what the City of Milpitas was thinking when they created this fiasco. The split bins are very difficult to clean, break, and smell. People are so confused about them, so all sorts of trash is mixed instead of sorted. Clearly some people very incompetent. Now Miliptas is stuck with a system that is expensive but doesn't work well.

Customer service is one of THEE rudest I have ever encountered. When I first signed up for this service, I was unaware you had to fill out a form online prior. The lady on the phone yelled at me and told me she will not help me without the form. When I asked her where I would find the form online, she said to figure it out myself and said goodbye. That left a bitter taste but what can I do? They’re the only garbage collection I can start service within my area. Fast forward a year later, I’m moving out of my current address and they’re sill rude. I asked if they do bulk pickup because I have large items that need to be removed. I saw online they do but I just wanted to clarify and see if they can schedule a pick up date for me. Lady on the phone asked if I even looked? She then proceeded to tell me they will charge me even though online it says it’s free for 1 pick up. I can’t explain how bad they’re customer reps are. From the very start to a whole year now, they have not changed since. They were only nice when collecting payments. I get that they work for a garbage company, but doesn’t mean they need a garbage attitude. I hope all the reps get fired.

We are paying higher rate for poorer service. We are a family of 2 and the medium size landfill garbage section is not enough. Pieces of cardboard were left in the recycle bin. I don't mind to separate the food scrap but I will have to put them in plastic bags since it is always swarming with flies and mosquitoes and stinks. Why flattened cardboard boxes aren't picked up? Extremely disappointed.
