On Monday around 1 PM, my boyfriend and I went into Kay to explore engagement ring selection. We had never looked into engagement rings together before this, but Dionna walked us through the whole process! She was so great! She explained how to evaluate diamonds, the grading for clarity and color, showed us the selection of diamonds available, and let us try on rings. I'd highly recommend visiting her if you're looking for jewelry as her expertise and kindness were incredibly helpful!

Poor customer service at this location. The first time I went in-store, I stood at the cash register for at least 15 minutes, while employees were tending to other customers before they even acknowledged that I was there. I was not expecting to be serviced while the employees were occupied, but a simple friendly greeting or acknowledgment would have been appreciated. After 10 minutes of the same, it felt awkward and uncomfortable that nobody had even said anything to me. One employee went so far as to avoid eye contact with me, before scurrying to get her bag and walk into the break room (i would assume for a break or lunch). When someone finally greeted me the first thing she said was "thanks for your patience, there's a line/queue of folks waiting before we can assist" ... however had she looked up/around she would have realized I was the only other person that was waiting to be helped, and had been for 15 minutes. It was an awful experience overall. I also ended up having to return the wedding band I purchased because they didn't make half sizes.

Manisha is AWESOME !!! I read reviews before going to take my ring resized and exclusively asked for her and waited for her to help me. She is so sweet and very good at her job! 100% recommend going with Manisha. Took my ring Dec 29th 2021, and she promised the ring to be retured by January 17th, 3 weeks. I received an email it was ready on January 6th. Super fast service. VERY HAPPY

This store has decent collection and has a good price range to chose products from. Their customer service is good as well. I have been to the store twice now and I was greeted by Manisha both times. She is excellent. Provides details and helps you chose from various options and also answer all your queries. They have good returns, exchange and protection policies as well. I would go there again :)
