We reserved room for reunion a month or so in advance, then had to add a extra day, no problem... But when we show up we paid for our first night and the next nights were put on points. We had a small trailer and it was about 11 PM we parked in parking lot and girl at desk came running out and said we had to park in truck lot behind 6 foot fence , there were only 10 cars in the parking lot, I had a lot of valuable stuff in my trailer and explained this to the young girl ( Believe her name was Elizabeth) and she said she was going to have my car towed, do I asked for a refund she said no refunds,,,now that's customer service!!!! I asked to talk to manager and she finally called her and Angie said I could park there for one night but the next night I couldn't park it there , which was no problem we had a place to park it , but we told them we needed our room in made up every day and not done second night ,. Very disappointed Poor Customer service!!!!

Not clean. One bed the sheets had clearly not been changed. The other bed had a stained comforter. It was white so it was easy to see.Toilet seat was ready to fall off. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned.

Great stay. Bed comfortable, clean, modern room, room temperature great, friendly staff. Manager on the morning shift should train management at other motels. The young man who checked us in told us breakfast (omelets! Freshly made) was from 6 to 10. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived at 9:10 to find breakfast was over! Well, the woman in charge of breakfast felt bad for us and made us omelets (we tipped heavily) and I mentioned it nicely to the Manager that the night guy might need a little training. She felt so bad that she went to work making us a goodie bag with water, bananas, oranges, and granola bars. She chatted with us, laughed and we left feeling so cared for. Good management can things so quickly. We left happy and sure to stay there again should we ever find ourselves in that area again.

Worked for us. Bed good. Could use another blanket. One Xtra per 2 beds is a little thin. Breakfast good for the road. Staff happy and friendly. Great desk staff.
