I walk into the building and the smell of animals hit my nose to the hundred power!!! Once I get to the room on the 4th floor, so I kick back ready to take a nice shower then I realize the bathroom door is shape like a barn with a sliding door that dosnt shut all the way no privacy at all also the floor I was on was packed instead of being spaced away from other residents. I give this place a1 star....

Had a reservation but when I arrived there they didn't have a room for me. The front desk lady told me they were sold out for the night to find out the next morning they weren't actually full by another employee. These rooms do not have a microwave. I did not have a trash can in my room and my sink was dirty was mud. There is no complimentary breakfast, in fact it was $12.95 plus a 9.1% sales tax, so nearly a $15 meal. I had to stay the first night of my trip next door at the Hampton Inn and they had the same breakfast there for free. Update- I advised the staff that my sink needed to be cleaned and that I need a trash can in my room before I left for the day. I returned and my room was not cleaned, sheets weren't replaced, and still no clean sink or trash can. Also my shower would not heat up any more than luke warm.

A friend of mine stayed here last night and it was horrible. The laundry was inoperable. The pool was unavailable. The bathroom door would not shut all the way and her and her son we're staying there. Also there was a constant smell of construction.
