Worth the wait! It took 6 months to get my Mach-e and I’ve heard stories of it taking even longer but it did arrive a week before the expected date. The car is everything I expected and then some, from the comfortable seating to the driving experience — it is the future. There is even an tire air kit that fits in the trunk. No more gas stations needed. The dealers that helped with get the the car ready we’re even excited for me and honored their word, which means a lot to me. I was told at the time I ordered the vehicle, all those months ago, that the APR would be 0%. When I came in to pick it up that had gone up but after some back-office conversation (and my $500 deposit), they did honor what I was originally agreement. There were some added warranty options for bumper to bumper coverage, minor dings, interior and exterior detailing that could have been better communicated ahead of time. Ultimately making the switch to electric with Ford was the best decision I could have made. I’m not surprised that the wait list to order is backlogged for the Mach-e and production is at capacity. I’m looking forward to seeing more of these eco-friendly horses on the road! Thank you Sonia, Eric, Luke, and Jack!

Idk it a Ford dealership
I'm sorry but this is a question for Ford and not a Ford dealer. At 14000 miles, warranty should take care of failure and the dealer must honor it. But thanks for making the public aware of this failure. What make and year is your car if I may ask ?
