The sheikhs rotate leading the prayer between the two mosques so it doesn't really matter which you attend.
According to https://www.mcabayarea.org, Iqamah is at 12:15 and prayer is at 12:40 and the second Jum'uah Iqamah is at 1:30 with a 1:55 prayer.
There are 2 sessions. First at 12: 15 pm and the second at 1:30 pm.
