Theresa is so wonderful! Me and my partner came in seeking medical advice for our mice even though we knew they didn’t see exotic animals. Theresa took the time to call multiple other emergency vets and found us a place to go who would take us! We are so relieved and happy, she obviously cares very much for animals and would recommend anyone to take their pets to a place where the employees are so caring <3

Yesterday 03/30/22 I called to make an appointment, and request a pre-registration for fleas. The appointment for my dog, they wanted to put it for 1 month later, that's why I requested the pre-registration to alleviate the inconvenience of her due to the waiting time. I called 3 times, where they always told me a different date from the agreed appointment, also to find out if they were going to give me the pre-registration, which even a puppie can use and someone named Rachel answered me, and she was the most sarcastic person, insensitive and incoherent when I explained the situation to her, where she sent me to buy something that my dog had never used, without knowing what damage it could cause her. And me requesting something that they had previously reminded me.

Thanks to all there, they got me an appointment for 11 am when I called at 930 am. My Banfield vet is in San Mateo but they were booked fully. Daly City Banfield stepped in and took care of my dog. We now know why she's been sick and have a plan of action to get her on her way to recovery. Thank you Tiara, dr. Rose and Crystal.
