Classes- HORRIBLE classes arrangements. Not many classes comparing to Fremont’s campus. They are good giving excuses. Unqualified yoga instructors. The Chinese non English speaker female instructor likes to show off. Do they know the meaning of teaching? Layout- large campus with extreme lousy indoor layout. It is still in the 70’s construction configuration. No food / beverage station like other Bay Clubs

The instructors are always keeping in mind safe distancing and there is ample cleaning products to use in the gym to wipe down. Highly recommend for someone looking to get in shape!!

Well, ya see, I'm not saying that I've been everywhere and I've done everything, but I do know it's a pretty amazing world we live on here, and a man would have to be some kind of fool to think we're alone in this gym. The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow. Later = Never, do it now 💪 ❤️ The Bay Club and all they've done to accommodate outdoor workouts...this place is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One is a 25 meter pool at about 80 degrees. Another one is a standard short course 25 yard pool at maybe 78 degrees.
Rather than having 8 lanes for laps they have created 3 zones for swimming (fast, medium, and slow). This means that more people can be in the pool at the same time. Haven't tried it myself though, so don't know if it works.
I haven't seen any dog inside the club!!
Membership pricing is roughly online. Otherwise stop in or call to speak with a sales representative
Understand there they are different membership levels. These are entry level prices allowing you to book 1.5hr max per day 3 days in advance. Unfortunately, it is very difficult if not impossible to book after work like 5 to 6:30. Booked out before I can most of the days and certainly Friday.
