My father has resided here for the last 6 years, currently still there. The latest management change only cares about the dollar. They raise rent when Social Security recipients receive a raise. Parking is first come, first serve. Residents can rent a parking stall for an additional $20.00 per month. A parking stall is only granted by being on a wait list. There is as usual homeless people that stroll through the campus at night and steal items from the residents porches. They have basic kitchens, no DW, cheap carpeting and vinyl. Some residents have walk-in showers while others do not. If the elderly need a walk-in shower in their unit they have to pay for it out of their pocket. It's very difficult to get in this place. Mgmnt does not use a wait-list. That too is a first-come, first-served basis. A person must call daily and hope that a human actually answers the phone. The maintenance workers drive by the residents units too fast. There is high demand to get in this place because of the outrageous cost of living. Good luck.

Wish they catered more to the elderly here and their safety. Many times I've seen the maintenance workers zip by too fast in their golf carts on the pathways where the residence walk and I'm worried someone will get hurt. Most pathway lights are broken and have been that way for years. Maintenance also takes too long to get to fixing problems in the little apartments...

We moved my mother into this Senior Living Complex not long ago. The atmosphere is very quiet and they have a nice pool and hot tub for residents to use. Parking is very tight and unless you get lucky and score a covered parking spot at $20/mo extra after a long waitlist, you're pretty much out of luck. There are very few uncovered parking spaces available and it seems that many people have more than one vehicle, requiring additional parking. If the complex does some reorganizing they could potentially create additional parking spots, but I doubt this will happen anytime soon. Another thing to do not is that heat and AC are central and piped through the various small buildings from a remote location. There are no contracts and rent is on month to month basis. This is likely done so they can adjust rent up regularly. Rent seems to go up at least once or twice per year and the percentage change is not the same every time. The latest bump in rent price is far larger than the previous. If you're on a fixed income this may not be the place for you with regular rent increases of unknown amounts. Overall the location and convenience of this complex warrants the price paid, but they do lose tenants who simply cannot keep up with the rent increases. It seems that there should be a structure in place for rent hikes that is transparent and newcomers can anticipate, instead of feeling blindsided. My mom is pleased so far with living there and will remain for the foreseeable future, until she is no longer able to afford it.

I think 700 sqft
I saw some 2 bedrooms available. Contact the office for more details.
1800 I think I'm just the live on-site maintenance man they don't tell me much just what to do so I'm guessing
There's no waiting list. You have to call every day to check if a unit becomes available. First come first serve. Is not based on income
Senior community for 55 and up. Rent amount depends on size of unit. They have studio, one bdrm and two bdrm. There is no waiting list just have to call everyday to see if anything available.
