Had a horrible experience here on a Tuesday afternoon. The female manager was extremely rude and nasty and unhelpful. Was harrassing me about the contents of my package!

I have a mailbox at this location. I receive a lot of packages daily. Ms Lorie Neece is a very kind and hardworking person and her staff are Troopers!!! Sometimes when I go in, there are packages from the floor to the ceiling all over the store! These guys deal with this almost every day! Plus they tend to walk-in customers in between dealing with walls of packages! And when you do walk in, you are greeted and welcomed to the store and given excellent customer service! I have nothing negative to say about this UPS Store location. The only thing I can say is I, like many others that have mailboxes there order from Amazon - which delivers sometimes until 9pm. I get notifications from Amazon that say "Arriving today by 9pm". That doesn't do me any good if the UPS Store closes at 6:30 during the week, 2:30pm on Saturdays and 3:00pm on Sundays. If you're expecting a package on Friday before 9pm, and the store closes at 6:30pm before the delivery gets there, you might not get it until the Monday or Tuesday of the next week. It happens to me all the time! I watch my delivery say, "Arriving today by 9pm", and if 6:30 rolls around and it still says it, I know there's going to be problems. I ready had Amazon delivery drivers send my packages back because they tried delivering my package at 7pm on Friday, tried again at 4pm on Saturday and tried a 3rd time at 4:15 pm on Sunday. After 3 attempts, they sent it back. That's my biggest gripe!!! But other than that, I give Ms Lorie Neece, her ToughGuy Staff and the UPS Store #4134 - 5 Stars!!! They work hard and express a sincere smile when helping customers! Everything about this place and these people is excellent!!! - except for they aren't open to receive deliveries after 6:30 during the week, after 2:30 pm on Saturdays and after 3pm on Sundays. If you need your packages delivered by a certain day, I'd recommend using another address - because deliveries don't always happen before 6:30pm during the week, and surely don't always happen before 2:30 on Saturdays and 3 pm on Sundays. Other than that, this store is top notch!!!

I love this location. They're simply helpful and pleasant in their efforts and demeanor. Located in a mini-stripmall in uptown New Orleans; this is a great location for all your shipping and receiving needs. I like being able to drop off UPS packages here, instead of trying to schedule a pick-up or flag down a UPS driver. Usually not a wait & that's a plus, considering the size of the store and the AVAILABILITY of drop-off locations. Shared parking lot, so grab a spot when you see it.
