This hotel charged our credit card after we had cancelled. It's a pain to get the refund. I have the cancellation confirmation, but that isn't good enough. They want a copy of my credit card bill? Ridiculous. I was also charged more than quoted without ANY explanation. I would choose a hotel with better business practices, if I were you.

We had a great experience here(other than when the elevator was out of service and we had to take all our stuff down the stairs). Rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast offered is eh.

The room was great just as described clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was always good it was plentiful and the eggs were fluffy. The staff went above and beyond! The manager- Alyssa went above what we expected, Thank you!!

Rooms were tidy. Breakfast was plentiful. Special shout out to the African American gentleman that brought us a to-go breakfast bag at 3am while we drowsily headed out to the airport. Service was fantastic and the snacks were much appreciated!
