Stayed one night while traveling cross country. Affordable and good location. Front desk staff was dirty and busy on their cell phone when I arrived. Hallways and elevator had a bad smell. Very seedy clientele. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe while out walking my dog. Lots of hotel noise. Other guests were outside our window smoking all night. Car alarms went off all night. Did not get a good nights sleep here. Will not be back. If you have other options, take them.

Everything was fine until the 2nd day. We were told there would be housekeeping ; first day got clean towels and trash emptied but nothing else. Didn't make bed, etc. The second day, nothing was done. On the third day we discovered that a change purse with quite a bit of change in it was missing. Looked everywhere! I talked to manager and she seemed pretty ho hum about everything. Didn't ask what room, my name, and didn't write anything down. Just said she'd look into it. So sad this all happened because I would have stayed here again.

Night staff greeted me with a longing "sup". When I walked in there was a woman asking for a third room. Not sure what happened to her first room but her second room was apparently still dirty. The room was big but the mattresses were so old there was a visible dent. The thermostat was broken and the room was so hot it was hard to sleep. Definitely not comfortable. Morning staff was friendly. Nobody could sleep so we left early before breakfast was even served.

I happened to be upgraded to a suite with 1 room with pullout couch, kitchen area with fridge/ microwave/ Keurig, desk, table/ chairs and lounge chair and another room with king bed, double walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub( I didn’t use). Nice surprise but the room is out dated, furniture grossly stained, bed was hard, room smelled, and a giant hole in the wall with a piece of plastic taped over it. My key card had to be reprogrammed 3 times in 2 days. The breakfast was terrible but better the next morning (according to others) I wasn’t going to attempt again but there was at least juice and waffle batter, yogurt was still sketchy. Fruit was old and bruised. The hotel sadly needs to be updated and repaired. The shiny star is Abigail- adorable, helpful and cheery.
