When we checked in the staff member said we're all awesome just ask for anything you need. I thought that's a big statement, but the staff lived up to it. They were always eager to help and did so with kind words and a smile. The hotel was clean and Conyers breakfast was great. They also have us a list of local non chain restuarant which was wonderful. The only reason I have them for instead of five starts is the bed made my back hurt by the end of the week, but that's personal pretend.

A standard, straightforward hotel stay. Rooms were as advertised. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would be 5 stars but the STEEP drop into the parking lot from 11th St could really bang up your car!

Very nice staff. Standard Fairfield room. The only mishap when we checked in was they didn't give us a handicap room but they correted it right away. Nice affordable hotel in Helena. Indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Our room with 2 queens was spacious and clean with effective individual room air conditioner plus mini fridge and microwave. We both slept well. The breakfast was a good selection of eggs and meat as well as fruit chobani yogurt cereals oatmeal breads etc. The front desk staff, Emily, greeted us and answered our questions regarding local restaurants which we tried and were pleased with. Best hotel on our two week journey.
