I sign for a one time PT promo. After the promo was done they charged my account for two more sessions. Each session was 164.00. They refused to refund the money. So I agree to just work out the two sessions with a PT. On June 13 they charged my account again 164.00. when I call up here I was told my account was be refunded, instead they charged my account again. In total they have stolen 658.00 from me. I sitting here waiting for them to address the issue. Never sign up for anything here. In the few weeks I have talked with the fitness manager and the general manager who assured it would be taken care. I spoke to Nicole at the corporate who even the trainer told them it was only a 1 time promo still refused to give me my money back.

I am a member of their facility. I’ve been paying my memberships on time every month. Then I started getting calls from something called ABC Fitness saying there was an issue with my membership. I went to the facility where I train several times asking what the issue was, they looked it up and said there was no issue. No it seems I’ve been reported to a collections agency that’s calling me every day.

This gym is nasty, straight up. The equipment is either dirty or broken, it smells bad and it looks barely cleaned. The restroom paper towels don’t work and the soap dispenser never works. It’s so bad but I come here because nobody really bothers you and it’s not an intimidating atmosphere.

Terrible gym that is not keeping up with maintenance. Bathrooms are dirty with no soap, paper towel,... Equipment are old and unclean. There is no air circulation in the gym. It's not just hot, there is no air. They are so cheap that they cannot even turn the fan on. The gym also only have 2/3 of their lights on so it always look like you are working out in your mom's basement. Above all... this is my third time leaving my review. They periodically erase bad reviews so do not trust what you see on here. Update: This is my response to the reply from the owner. Yes! I have already talked to the front desk/staff/managers several times. Each time what they do is shaking their heads in disappointment. The lights got fixed a little bit but everything else stays the same. This is an ongoing issues for years. This is on you, the owner. Do not put this on your staff.

When I compared prices in 2017 it was less than half what 24hr fitness charged. You can get a quote online or over the phone and see what specials they are offering. When i compared there were two options, one with more up front and a lower monthly rate and one with less up front with a higher monthly rate.
